Michael Kuilan

Michael Kuilan has extensive experience in facilities management and operations. Michael started their career in 1994 as a Clinical Research Assistant/Data Manager at Cathedral Health Care Systems/Center for Disease Control. Michael then worked as an Illustration Specialist Marketing Support at Prudential Insurance from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they joined North Jersey Community Research Initiative as the Director of Facilities and Technology Services, where they managed facilities and operations for multiple buildings and offices. Michael also served as the Manager of Technology and Facility Services, overseeing facility operations and employee relocations.

In 2007, Michael became a Facility Manager at Kerry Ingredients, responsible for managing and maintaining multiple buildings and supervising staff. Michael later joined North Jersey Community Research Initiative again in 2009 as a Facilities Consultant, providing consulting services for facilities development and maintenance.

From 2010 to 2011, Michael worked as a Facilities Office Manager at Rauxa, where they were responsible for facilities maintenance, office moves, and space planning. Michael oversaw various aspects such as vendor/contractor selection, electrical/data cabling, plumbing, janitorial services, HVAC, security, furniture buying, and offsite storage.

Most recently, Michael held multiple roles at CLS Group, starting in 2012 as the Premises Manager in New York. In 2018, they took on the roles of Workplace Services Lead and Security and Premises Manager, covering responsibilities in both the US and Tokyo offices.
