Mohsin Butt

Mohsin Butt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mohsin started their career as a Sales Advisor at Car Giant Ltd in 2010 before transitioning into the field of accounting. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Trainee Accountant at KBM Chartered Certified Accountants & Registered Auditors, where they gained experience in maintaining ledgers, raising invoices, and processing purchase invoices.

In 2011, Mohsin joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as an Accounts Payable Clerk, where they handled queries and participated in the separation project from RBS. Mohsin then joined Direct Line Group as an Assistant Bank Reconciliation Accountant in 2012, where they continued to work in accounts payable and reconciliations.

In 2016, Mohsin joined National Car Parks Limited as a Revenue Accountant, analyzing and presenting revenue figures. Mohsin also later served as a Group Financial Reporting Analyst, where they managed financial data, prepared reports for the board of directors, and analyzed financial statements.

From 2017 to 2019, Mohsin worked at Aukett Swanke as a Senior Management Accountant, overseeing accounts, budgets, cash flow management, and maintaining general ledgers.

Currently, Mohsin works at CLS Group, where they have held multiple roles. Mohsin began as a Project Accounting Manager in 2019, responsible for accounting and budgeting for projects in the company's portfolio. Mohsin then transitioned to the role of Finance Business Partner in 2021, collaborating with divisions outside of finance, developing business partnerships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project and accounting frameworks.

Throughout their career, Mohsin has demonstrated their ability to manage financial operations, provide accurate and timely information, and develop effective partnerships with stakeholders.

Mohsin Butt's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 2020, they attended AXELOS and obtained a Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner degree in Project Management. From 2013 to 2016, they studied at ACCA and earned a FCCA degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2007, they attended the University of Westminster and completed a BA in Business Management and Marketing. Additionally, in 2009, they briefly studied at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Before that, from 2005 to 2007, Mohsin attended Hillsyde sixth form, where they achieved a degree in Business Studies, I.T, and General Studies. Lastly, from 2000 to 2005, they completed their GCSE's (including English and Maths, Business Studies) at Forest Hill Boys School.

In terms of additional certifications, Mohsin obtained the "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" certification from LinkedIn in December 2022. Mohsin also became a Mental Health First Aider certified by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in May 2022. Furthermore, in November 2020, Mohsin obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
