Peter Hawes has extensive experience in employee engagement and internal communications, currently serving as the Head of Employee Engagement at CLS Group since February 2016, where responsibilities include developing and implementing employee communication strategies. Previously, Peter held positions at Barclays, most notably as Vice President of Colleague Engagement for the UK & Europe, leading the establishment of the UK & Europe Colleague Engagement Team and the international Colleague Engagement model. Prior roles at Barclays Investment Bank involved creating region-specific engagement strategies and feedback channels. Peter's career began at Crossrail, where multiple roles encompassed internal communications and stakeholder engagement, and prior experience includes serving as Senior Policy Executive at the Institution of Electrical Engineers. Peter holds a degree in Law (LLB Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire.
