Ritesh Bhatia

Ritesh Bhatia has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of business analysis and project management. Ritesh started their career at Oil Tanking Organization in Pune, India, where they worked as a Business Analyst for their e-commerce website from July 2010 to April 2012. In this role, they collaborated with customer counterparts, elicited and analyzed business requirements, and was responsible for documenting BRD and FRS.

Then, Ritesh joined Persistent Systems in 2010 and took on the role of Lead Business Consultant in the Financial Services sector. During their tenure, they served as a project manager and lead consultant for a FX Settlement Bank based in New York City. Ritesh conducted business requirement workshops with various stakeholders, defined project and resource plans, and managed both in-house and external technical teams. Ritesh also worked as a Product Manager for a Canadian Wealth Management Product Company, where they analyzed market capabilities, conducted feedback workshops, and maintained product backlog.

In 2016, Ritesh joined Deutsche Bank as an AVP, Technical Product Specialist, where they contributed to the organization as a technical product specialist until July 2018. Finally, Ritesh joined CLS Group in 2018 and has held multiple roles including Project Manager, Technology Platform Manager, and currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst.

Ritesh Bhatia, CBAP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Maharashtra Institute of Technology in 2010. Afterwards, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management from Symbiosis International University, which they completed in 2012. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from the IIBA in February 2018 and also earned the NCFM - Commercial Banking certification from the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. in January 2012.
