Ronald Karpe has extensive work experience in IT support and management roles. Ronald began their career at IMM in 2004 as an Assistant Network Administrator/Level II Support. Ronald then joined SunGard Higher Education Managed Services, Inc. in 2006 as a Network Administrator, where they oversaw IT equipment and systems for a college.
In 2008, Karpe moved to Ellucian as a User Services Manager, responsible for computer services and the media department at a community college. Ronald continued in this role until 2013 when they joined Ocean County College as a User Services Manager, where they managed computer services for a large student and staff population.
Karpe then transitioned to Innocor, Inc. in 2016, taking on the role of Help Desk Manager. In this position, they managed help desk functions and serviced a large number of Windows and Mac computers and servers.
Most recently, Karpe joined CLS Group in 2019 as an Infrastructure Support Specialist. Ronald provided operational support for the company's IT infrastructure and systems, including the maintenance and support of various software and environments.
Throughout their career, Karpe has demonstrated expertise in managing help desk functions, overseeing IT hardware and budgeting, and providing comprehensive IT support for various organizations.
Ronald Karpe obtained their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University, where they attended from 2001 to 2003.
