Sam Grant has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. They began their career at RBS as an Analyst in the EMEA Rates division, where they supported various desks and gained knowledge in Vanilla, Exotic Rates, and Inflation products. After three years, Sam joined J.P. Morgan as an Associate in the EMEA Rates division, where they performed product control duties and demonstrated expertise in risk management and derivatives. Following their time at J.P. Morgan, Sam worked at PwC as a Consultant in Capital Markets, focusing on Fixed Income Regulation, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, and Resilience. They led delivery teams, drafted white papers, and provided consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Currently, Sam is employed at CLS Group as a Specialist in Enterprise Risk and Resilience. In this role, they build and operate risk frameworks, enhance data and cyber capabilities, and provide consultation on regulatory matters.

Sam Grant has a diverse education history. Sam started their education at Brookfield Community School and Language College from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Sam then attended Barton Peveril College from 2004 to 2006 and achieved their A Levels degree, specializing in AS Levels.

Afterward, Sam Grant enrolled at the University of Southampton from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in History within the field of Humanities. In 2012, they studied at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), although the degree name and field of study are unspecified.

In 2015, Sam Grant attended APMG International to pursue the PRINCE2 certification. Furthermore, in terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG International in April 2014. Sam also obtained the IOC (Investment Operations Certificate) in May 2013 from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Finally, Sam Grant obtained their PADI DiveMaster certification from PADI in November 2018.
