Sydney J.

Sydney J. serves as the Head of Threat Intelligence at CLS Group since April 2024 and simultaneously holds a position as Adjunct Faculty for the Cyber Program at Columbia | SIPA. With extensive experience in cybersecurity, Sydney is also a Cyber Advisory Board Member at WestCap and previously co-chaired the Critical Infrastructure Subcommittee for the Intelligence and National Security Alliance until August 2024. Sydney played a significant role as the Women in Cyber Global Co-Coordinator at BNP Paribas from March 2022 to April 2024 and led Cyber Threat Intelligence initiatives at CME Group prior to that. Career highlights include a tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President and service with the US Army in Cyber and SIGINT Policy roles. Academic credentials include a Master's in Global Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor's in European Studies from Barnard College, alongside ongoing executive education at MIT Sloan.
