Michael Guzik is the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of CLST and the Founder of Dcrypted AG, a bootstrapped venture capital firm. Michael also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at 21X - European DLT Exchange and as a Member Of The Board Of Advisors at Aleph Zero. Additionally, Michael is a Founding Shareholder at Kore Technologies Switzerland. In the past, Michael has held roles such as Partner at Blockchain Valley Ventures and Head Blockchain & Manager Digital Strategy at PwC. Michael has a background in corporate finance advisory, mergers, and acquisitions, and holds an MSc in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London.
