Neighbouring India, China, and Thailand, Burma celebrates a versatile cuisine complemented by the agricultural decadence of the country. We have garnered authentic home-recipes passed on from the older generations and added a distinctive twist, striking a fine balance between tradition and modernity – at once wholly new and reminiscent of times past and cherished. 

As the first authentic Burmese restaurant in Hong Kong, our team has created all of our recipes the same way that we learned to when we were growing up with a subtle hint of refinement and flair. Our extensive menu ranges from local favourites to a variety of cocktails paying homage to the many characteristics of Burma.
