Head of Customer Support at Clue

Anna Burek is the current Head of Customer Support at Clue. Anna has previous experience working as the Head of Customer Experience at Polska Akademia Nauk and Piavita. Anna is responsible for coaching and supporting the team, as well as setting up the KPI and budgeting for the customer oriented approach.

Anna Burek has a master's degree in Polish Philology/Communication from the University of Wroclaw, a master's degree in Sociology/Journalism from the University of Ljubljana, advanced training in Communication Design from the University of Warsaw, and advanced training in Marketing Strategies in Business Operations from Karriere Tutor. Finally, they have a master's degree in Philosophy/Migration Studies from Freie Universität Berlin.
