Michael Scrafford

Michael Scrafford is currently serving as a Board Member for CLUES since 2025. Previously, from 2020 to 2022, they held multiple Vice President roles at Target, including Vice President of New Stores, Commercial Activation, and Experiential Store Operations. Michael's extensive career at Target also included positions such as Senior Director of Property Management and Senior Real Estate Manager. They earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Economics from Stanford University. Prior to their corporate roles, Michael taught high school Geometry and Algebra 2 for Teach For America from 2004 to 2006.
