Ruby Azurdia-Lee

Ruby joined CLUES in August 2012 after a long professional career in philanthropy, media and government. As President and CEO, she oversees our $14 million annual operating budget, over 100 employees, and offices in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Willmar and Austin.

Prior to joining CLUES, Ruby worked for 16 years at The Saint Paul Foundation and the Northwest Area Foundation in anti-racism and anti-poverty efforts, respectively. As a Program Director at the Northwest Area Foundation, she provided leadership in planning and carrying out the Foundation’s new strategic direction.

As President, Ruby has moved CLUES to new levels of success and maturity. She also serves on local and national boards and is a strong advocate of Latinos and immigrants across the country. She believes that collaboration and inclusion are two vital tools in finding solutions to the challenges immigrants and Latinos face today.
