Tom Jackson

Tom Jackson is the COO and co-founder of Clusiv, a venture capital firm. Tom has also worked as an operations manager and senior analyst at Mercury Fund and Congress Avenue Ventures.

Tom Jackson has over ten years of experience in the venture capital industry. Tom began their career as an analyst at Mercury Fund, where they focused on entrepreneurs and technology innovation in the U.S. Midcontinent. In this role, they helped identify and invest in early-stage companies with high potential for growth.

Jackson then transitioned to Congress Avenue Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in startups led by University of Texas at Austin alumni. As a fellow at Congress Avenue Ventures, Jackson was responsible for building a portfolio of 20-30 companies across industries, stages, and geography. Tom also co-invested alongside lead investors from top-tier venture capital firms.

Most recently, Jackson has been working as the operations manager at Clusiv, a venture capital firm they co-founded in 2020. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Jackson is also heavily involved in the firm's investment decisions, helping to identify and assess prospective investments.

Tom Jackson completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at The University of Texas at Austin, with a focus in Supply Chain Management.
