Necaela Brown is a UX researcher and strategic product designer who specializes in transforming ambiguity into clarity. With experience in government, agencies, and startups, Necaela has worked as a User Experience Consultant at Stats NZ, a Senior Service Designer at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and currently serves as the UX and Design Lead at Clutterbot.
