The history of Cluttons in the UK since 1765 is unique and something we are proud of.

In 2021 Cluttons opened the Algarve office, following the success of the Lisbon office that opened in 2018 and taking advantage of natural synergies and mutual collaboration.

Indeed, it became imperative to open an office in the Algarve, as it is one of the top destinations in Europe in terms of tourism and an increasingly accentuated residence option for foreigners.

Cluttons Algarve benefits from the strong presence of the brand in the UK and its partnerships at international level, attracting investment from clients who choose our country whether to buy a home for living or investment, whether to join the Non-Habitual Resident status or the Golden Visa (ARI)

We are a young company, represented by 3 local partners who have a vast experience in the real estate sector, operating in the Residential market and in Residential Tourism – Touristic Resorts. Cluttons Algarve is located in the prestigious Golden Triangle, given the strategic nature and positioning that the brand intends to achieve in Portugal.
