Clwstwr (2018 - 2023) was an ambitious five-year programme to create new products, services and experiences for screen. Building on South Wales' success in making creative content, Clwstwr put research and development (R&D) at the core of production, creating a culture of innovation in the cluster. This moved the screen sector from a position of strength to one of leadership, internationally.

Roedd Clwstwr yn rhaglen bum mlynedd uchelgeisiol i greu cynhyrchion, gwasanaethau a phrofiadau newydd i’r sgrîn. Gan adeiladu ar lwyddiant De Cymru wrth greu cynnwys creadigol, rhoddodd Clwstwr ymchwil a datblygu (Ymchwil a Datblygu) wrth wraidd cynhyrchu, gan greu diwylliant o arloesi yn y clwstwr. Symudodd hyn y sector sgrin o sefyllfa o gryfder i un o arweinyddiaeth, yn rhyngwladol.
