Mark Packiyanathan

Mark Packiyanathan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the retail and financial sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for CLX Australia since June 2018, Mark leads initiatives that enhance retail returns through innovative customer experiences, partnering with major retailers like Coles and Walmart. Prior to this role, Mark held various pivotal positions, including Board Chair at MiLife-Victoria, where focus was on supporting individuals with disabilities, and Senior Manager of Customer & Innovation at Coles, where successful management of a multi-million dollar POS system upgrade occurred. Mark's background also includes significant contributions at ANZ and GE, showcasing a strong foundation in business improvement, quality assurance, and financial operations. Mark holds an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
