Rob Sharp

Rob Sharp has extensive experience in financial services, particularly in roles focused on process improvement and customer experience. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Continuous Improvement Practitioner at Virgin Money since January 2012, Rob Sharp has led Lean Six Sigma projects to enhance customer journeys and foster a culture of Continuous Improvement. Prior to Virgin Money, Rob Sharp worked at Northern Rock as a Governance and Reporting Consultant, managing monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Previous positions include Financial Planning Manager at HSBC, Mortgage Consultant at Rook Matthews Sayers, and various roles in mortgage advising and insurance sales. Rob Sharp holds certifications in Mortgage Advice & Practice and Financial Advisors from the Institute of Financial Services.
