André van der Goot has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. André began their career in event management as an Event Manager at Stichting Borax in 2007. From there, they transitioned to creative project management as a Founder/Partner at Bureau Anders, where they developed and executed social-cultural projects aimed at improving livability in residential areas.

In 2009, André obtained a role as a Horecamedewerker at Arthouse LUX, where they worked in the hospitality industry until 2012. During this time, they also started working as an Online Marketing Medewerker (Virtual Assistant) at MiraSaia, specializing in online marketing.

In 2013, André took on the role of a Digital Accountmanager at TheNextTrainer, providing support and strategic guidance to trainers, coaches, and consultants in establishing profitable online businesses. André also contributed to the development of the core product and handled after-sales.

Moving forward, André worked at Cowpunks as an Accountmanager Online from 2015 to 2016, before transitioning to freelance work as an (Online) Marketing Consultant at JLC Marketingadvies, where they focused on online strategy, conversion optimization, and positioning.

In 2018, André joined Kolibri as a Sales Executive, later transitioning to the role of a Customer Success Manager. Their responsibilities included ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the company's products and being their main point of contact throughout the onboarding process.

Currently, André is employed at CM.com as a Sr. Customer Success Manager in 2021. André manages a portfolio of approximately 20 customers and is responsible for their success throughout their customer journey.

André van der Goot obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Creative industrie, Evenementen management, and Belevingseconomie from Breda University of Applied Sciences. André completed their degree program from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, André earned a Propedeuse in Cultureel & maatschappelijke trends en ontwikkelingen from Cultureel Maatschappelijke Vorming Nijmegen, where they studied from 2000 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, André has obtained several certifications, including Totango Certified Success Manager, Totango Creator: Experience Composer, Totango Creator: Journey Builder, and Winning by Design - Customer Success Certification Course. One certification, Winning by Design - Customer Success Certification Course, was achieved in March 2022.
