Derk Jan Boterman

Derk Jan Boterman has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting in 2000, they worked at Ericsson as a Network Configuration & Design Engineer, where they were involved in integration, testing, and support projects for GSM Core, RAN, UMTS, and LTE networks. In 2007, they took on a voluntary project role at Roodharigendag, a redhead event. In 2014, Boterman became a co-organizer of BrewDa beerfestival, where they played a key role in organizing and managing the growth of the festival. In 2015, they co-founded Orange Craft Brewers, focusing on brewing and discovering new flavors. Since 2017, they have been working at CM.com, initially as a Support Representative, then as a Customer Success Manager Voice, and currently as an Operational Product Expert Voice.

Derk Jan Boterman attended ROC Zeeland from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Electrotechnics and Computer Interface Technique. Derk Jan obtained additional certification in Ericsson Certified Technology - IP from Ericsson in November 2013.
