Thomas R. has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on business development and management roles in the APAC region. Thomas started their career at Reed Midem as a sales executive before moving on to M800 Limited, where they worked as a Business Development Manager in the international business division. Following this, Thomas joined Nexmo (acquired by Vonage) as a Regional Manager in the trading division, specializing in wholesale and carriers. Thomas then worked at Wavecell as a Regional Manager in the APAC region. Currently, Thomas works at CM.com as a Carrier Relations & BD Manager, responsible for APAC operations. Throughout their career, Thomas has gained expertise in mobile messaging, push notifications, mobile payments, and API communications. Thomas has a strong track record in building client interaction and engagement, and they are experienced in working with a variety of communication platforms.

Thomas R. completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University in 2009. Thomas then pursued a Master in Global Business Management from City University of Hong Kong, which they completed in 2012.
