We are consistently improving metrics for safety, quality, budget, and sustainability. Our approach is a true partnering aspect, ranging from large corporate finish outs to small office renovations. By achieving the highest level of performance to gain our clients’ trust, we can earn their repeat business and truly partner years to come.
At CM Constructors, we understand that healthcare construction should be built on healthy construction practices that take the care of patients and staff into account, as well as our employees and subcontracting partners. CM Constructors is passionate about building in the healthcare field, including hospitals, medical office buildings, and surgery centers. Most uniquely, our project management staff are partners that understand the patient environments we build in and around, especially at hospitals.
This in-depth knowledge of healthcare construction industry allows us to create budgets and schedules that include the time and costs associated with working in a highly regulated DSHS environment. This expertise is used to train and guide our healthcare project teams and our subcontractors. We are constantly improving Safety, Infection Control Procedures, Quality Control, MEP Coordination, DSHS review / inspection process, hospital above ceiling and in-wall inspections, Hospital Equipment, Startup/Commissioning and Closeout procedures.
We’re committed to achieving excellence in healthcare construction while ensuring an understanding of patient health experience and well-being.
