The CM Global Mission is to encourage and support young professional people living and working away from their country of origin. Be the master of your own destiny.

Founded in 2008, the company is known as CM Global in recognition of the independent spirit of the highly skilled consultants working on Charles Marcus assignments around the world. There are now several hundred shareholders worldwide who encourage professional people to be masters of their own destiny. Membership is open to all who share our aims.

The concept developed from a series of social events begun in 2005 for Charles Marcus consultants. The Charles Marcus Collection of Gifts was launched in December 2011. The Charles Marcus Awards Programme began in 2014 because not everybody could access social events. The social events and awards programmes were suspended in 2020 due to the global pandemic.

CM Global has benefited from the global promotion of the Charles Marcus brand since 2008 in commercial ventures including the Charles Marcus network of consultancy firms. Royalties contributed to CM Global Reserves from 2008 to 2019. Allocations of reserves are made to shareholders at the discretion of the directors.

CM Global is managed by Charles Marcus Sarl in Geneva.
