CM30FITNESS provides coaching and mentoring focused on building strength, confidence, independence, and real world skills through movement, support, and connection.

We support community connection, life skills development, and social confidence for children, adolescents, and adults. Our services include 1:1 personal training, kids fitness and mentoring including school based programs, and are a proud Registered NDIS Provider offering social and community participation and improved daily living skills.

CM30FITNESS also delivers athletic performance training, recovery support, nutrition guidance, and online coaching. Our approach is personalised, inclusive, and practical, helping individuals build physical capability, confidence, and independence both in training and everyday life.
