Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Care at CMA CGM since February 2006, Michelle previously held the position of Import Intermodal at A.P. Moller - Maersk from March 2005 to February 2006. Prior to that, Michelle was an Export Supervisor at Inchcape Shipping Services from June 1995 to March 2005 and started in the industry as an Export Documentation specialist at Crossocean / Croatia Line from January 1990 to June 1995.
