NAHED SIDIA

Nahed Sidia is an HR Director and Quality and Process Manager with extensive experience in transforming organizations and managing human resources. Currently at CMA CGM, Nahed leads various organizational changes, oversees HR budgets, and implements policies to ensure compliance with labor regulations. Previously, Nahed held managerial HR roles at Heineken and other companies, specializing in recruitment, payroll management, and employee performance evaluation. Nahed earned dual Master's degrees in Economic Sciences from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques & Commerciales de Tunis and ESSEC Tunis.
