Don Dybas

Don Dybas has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Don is currently working at CMA as the Director of Product Management for the MOSAIC Unified Data & Analytics Platform. In this role, they are responsible for the growth, development, and management of the MOSAIC Product Line.

Before joining CMA, Don worked at Oracle for over two decades in various roles. Don was a Cloud Platform Sales Executive, where they successfully sold Oracle enterprise technology and Cloud to multiple NYS Agencies. Don also led the adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Platform in several NYS Agencies as a Master Principal Enterprise Cloud Architect. Additionally, they served as a Sales Consulting Senior Manager and Sales Consulting Manager, providing pre-sales support and technical architecture to large enterprise accounts.

Prior to their time at Oracle, Don was the Director of Data Warehousing at Novalis Corporation and a Senior Programmer Analyst at NYS OMRDD.

Don Dybas obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Siena College, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Don then pursued further education and earned an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University at Albany, SUNY, which they attended from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Don Dybas has obtained two certifications from Oracle: the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Classic 2018 Certified Associate Architect, which they acquired in September 2017, and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2018 Certified Architect Associate.
