Ted Mazer

Ted Mazer, MD, is a distinguished medical professional and consultant with extensive experience in the field of medicine and medical legal consulting. Since January 2000, Mazer has been self-employed as a medical legal and med staff consultant, following a long tenure as the sole proprietor of Ted Mazer MD from December 1989 to January 2023. Additionally, Mazer has served as a patient advocate for the California Medical Association since July 1988 and continues to work as a medical consultant and conduct medlegal reviews from January 1991 to the present. Mazer earned the Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University and completed an Otolaryngology residency program at Baylor College of Medicine in 1983.
