Adam Hill possesses extensive experience in software development and engineering management, beginning with a student placement at Symbian from July 2007 to July 2008. Adam's career progressed at Vibe Limited from May 2010 to July 2012 as a developer, followed by a role as a web developer at Origin Creative from August 2012 to April 2015, where responsibilities included building back-end systems within the Umbraco CMS. Since April 2015, Adam has held multiple positions at CMap, advancing from software developer to senior software developer, then to team lead, and currently serving as engineering manager. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science with Industrial Placement from the University of Bath, obtained from 2005 to 2009, and attended Cheadle and Marple Sixth Form College from 2003 to 2005.
