Ben Jervis

Ben Jervis is a seasoned professional with significant experience in product management and client services. Currently serving as Product Director and Director of Client Services at CMap since January 2020, Ben leads Onboarding, Consulting, and Customer Success initiatives across the UK and USA. Prior to CMap, Ben worked at Deloitte UK from September 2013 to December 2019 as a Manager, where a prominent role involved the development of the Project Risk Service offering, including the design of a Portfolio Management workflow application. Earlier experience includes a position as an Entertainer at Merlin Entertainments from June 2011 to September 2012, where Ben received the Star Staff Award and contributed to achieving top ratings in internal reviews. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The University of Sheffield, earned between 2010 and 2013.
