Richard Shepherd

Richard Shepherd is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in infrastructure management and technical support. Currently serving as IT Manager at CMap Software since January 2022, Richard has previously held significant roles including EMEA IT Lead at Ingredion Incorporated and Team Manager for EUS Support at Fujitsu UK and Ireland, where a key contribution involved facilitating a service migration for 5000 users. Richard's expertise extends to a Senior Windows Infrastructure Specialist role at HP UK, working on large-scale global implementations, and providing 3rd line technical support at Synstar for a 10,000 user base.
