Michael Panayi is an engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in test and development, calibration, and technical project management. With a background in automotive and hydrogen-fuel technologies, Michael has contributed to global OEM and research programs for over a decade, showcasing expertise in emissions measurement, control systems, and dynamometer testing. Currently, Michael serves as Principal Engineer for Hydrogen Test and Development, where they lead multidisciplinary teams and manage test plans across several sectors. Michael holds a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Data Analytics from Imperial College London and a BSc in Motorsport Engineering and Technology from the University of Hertfordshire.
