Roy Campe

Roy Campe is the Chief Technology Officer at CMB.TECH, where they oversee innovation and development initiatives within the organization. With 20 years of experience in managing and motivating teams, Roy has held various roles, including R&D Manager and Innovation Support Manager at Ghent University and GreenBridge nv, respectively. They began their career with an internship at Lange Flugzeugbau and spent a decade as a partner at Actiflow BV, contributing to high-profile projects for clients such as Ferrari and Porsche. Roy holds two Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
