Joani Etskovitz

Joani Etskovitz is currently an Assistant Professor of Literature at Claremont McKenna College and serves as the Curriculum Lead at Indigo Research, where responsibilities include designing the core curriculum for mentorship programs and classes aimed at high school students. Previously, Joani co-founded and directed the Literary Careers Program at Harvard University's English Department to assist humanities students in career development. Joani completed a PhD in English Literature at Harvard, focusing on the feminist adventure novel, and has extensive experience as a tutor, exhibition assistant, and research fellow, among other roles. Joani's academic background includes degrees from the University of Oxford and Princeton University, emphasizing English Literature and history.
