Larry Lamb

Larry Lamb has extensive work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Larry currently serves as the Product Director for Integrated Solutions at CMC Electronics. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing product roadmaps, identifying market opportunities, and defining success metrics for assigned product lines.

Prior to this, Larry was the Managing Director and Principal Owner of LAMB & Associates LLC. Larry also worked at AllClear Aerospace & Defense as the Director of Sales and Business Development for South Asia.

Larry's previous experience includes roles at Collins Aerospace and RC_ARINC. At Collins Aerospace, they served as the Director of Business Development for Asia Pacific, Military Avionics & Helicopters. Larry led a team in developing strategies, plans, and proposals to achieve goals for the company. Larry also managed a team in Southeast Asia and India, achieving orders booking goals.

At RC_ARINC, Larry held the position of Senior Project Manager and later became the Director of Operations and Business Development. In these roles, they expanded the company's brand and competitiveness globally, coordinated executive management level initiatives, and governed project governance and best practices.

Larry also worked as a Consultant for LAMB & Associates LLC, specializing in VIP completions and sub-contractor management. Larry started their career at Ozark Aircraft Systems as the Director of Marketing and Business Development, where they secured significant projects and played a key role in the company's proposed sale.

Larry's early experience in the industry includes working at Electrospace Systems Inc - Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems as the Technical Director and Senior Engineering Manager. In this role, they managed highly complex aircraft modification programs for international customers, exceeding expectations in cost, schedule, and performance.

Larry Lamb attended Questa High School from 1974 to 1978. Larry then went on to study at Texas Tech University from 1978 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
