Stephane Selim is a bilingual senior leader with extensive experience in driving product development and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at CMC Electronics, Stephane leads teams in the development and certification of advanced avionics solutions. Previously, Stephane held a role as Director Engineering at Lion Électrique, managing vehicle certification programs and collaborating with government authorities. Earlier experience includes a senior management position at CAE, where Stephane oversaw engineering teams in developing high-tech cockpit simulators and championed cost reduction and talent development initiatives. Stephane is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering at École Polytechnique de Montréal and holds a college diploma in Science from College Jean-de-Brebeuf.
