Steve H.

Steve H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and quality management. They began their career as a Computer Operations Specialist at C. A. Reed from 1969 to 1974, later serving as Distribution Center Supervisor at Westvaco CA Reed Division until 1980. From 1980 to 1996, Steve held the position of Director of Operations at Hickory Farms of Ohio, managing multiple retail stores and food processing facilities. They transitioned to Diamond Electric as Materials Manager from 1997 to 1999 before joining Century Marketing Group, where they served as Director of Manufacturing until 2010 and currently holds the role of Senior Director of Quality, focusing on quality improvements and compliance. Since 2010, Steve has also been the Director of Coating and QA at CMC Group.
