Jyoti M

Jyoti M is an IT Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, where they have been contributing since 2015. With six years of project management experience, including five years as a Program Manager and ITIL Service Delivery Manager, they have successfully overseen various projects, particularly in the sectors of government, defense, and education. Prior to joining TCS, Jyoti held multiple roles at CMC Ltd., culminating as Regional SBU Head for Infrastructure Services. Jyoti holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from Jabalpur Engineering College, an MS in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and completed a Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
