Bac Pham

Bac Pham is the CEO of CMC Technology & Solution (CMC TS) and has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry across sectors including electricity, finance, banking, securities, agriculture, manufacturing, and technology. They have participated directly in key projects for leading organizations in Vietnam such as Vietnam Electricity Group, SSI Securities Company, The Pan Group, CMC Corporation, CMC Technology and Solution, Hoa Phat Group, and ABBank. Their career includes roles such as Deputy CIO at Saigon Securities Inc. (2014–2019) and Head of IT Innovation – Deputy Head of DX at CMC Corporation (2020–2021). Education includes an Engineer's degree in Applied Mathematics (1998–2003) and a Master’s in Computational and Applied Mathematics (2006–2009) from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, an MBA/EMBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (2020–2022), and certifications including PMP (2015) and the Engagement Leadership Certificate Program (Dale Carnegie Training, 2015–2017).
