Quan To

Quan (Neil) To is a technology enthusiast with experience as a Microsoft Business Lead at Noventiq, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Cloud Solution Architect at CMC Technology & Solution and worked as a Microsoft Solution Engineer and Consultant at HPT Vietnam Corporation from 2017 to 2021. Quan also contributed to IT support at Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy in 2016. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Network and System Administration from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and an Associate’s Degree in Cloud Computing from KAIST, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at National Economics University.
