Quy V. is the Head of Service Management at CMC Technology & Solution, where they lead the IT service management team to provide high-quality services and enhance customer experience. With over a decade of experience in IT project and service management, Quy previously served as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at LINKBYNET and held positions such as Information Technology Program Manager at Accenture and Team Lead at KDDI Vietnam. They earned an engineer's degree in Information Technology from Saigon University.
