John Pelfrey

John Pelfrey has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Senior Business Development/Contract Sales at CMC Rebar Florida since August 2009, with a primary focus on the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area and statewide negotiations for rebar projects. Prior to this role, John worked as a Project Manager at Form Works, Inc/Baker Concrete from March 2005 to July 2009. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from Florida International University, earned from 1995 to 1998, and an Associate of Arts degree in Architecture from Broward College, completed from 1992 to 1994. A high school diploma was obtained from Lakeland Kathleen High School.
