Jayson Jiang

Jayson Jiang has a solid work experience in finance and investment management. Jayson worked as a Manager at CMC Holdings from 2016, where they took ownership of 15 TMT portfolio companies and was involved in the full investment process. Jayson ensured the appropriate documents were in place for each company, prepared memos and presentations, conducted due diligence, analyzed financial performance, and acted as a communication bridge between the fund and portfolio company management.

Before that, Jayson worked as a Regional FP&A Manager at Tyco from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they provided FP&A support, monitored performance, conducted financial analysis, and worked on budgeting and long-range planning. Jayson also analyzed working capital and was responsible for sales controlling reporting.

Prior to Tyco, Jayson worked in FP&A at Dynamic Property Services Pty Ltd from 2010 to 2013.

Jayson Jiang completed the CPA Australia Program from 2012 to 2014, earning a CPA degree. Prior to that, they attended Macquarie University from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in Accounting and Finance.
