Currently serving as the Project Director for the multi-year Workplace Connections project funded by the Government of Canada, they lead initiatives to enhance relational skills training across Canadian workplaces. With over 25 years of experience, they have authored 24 books on civility and culture, including bestsellers such as "The 30% Solution" and "Power of Civility."
