Sam White is an experienced design engineer with a strong background in product design and industrial design engineering. With a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University, Sam began a career at Rutland Watersports as a watersports instructor from June 2004 to October 2011. From August 2008 to June 2014, Sam worked as a Product Design Engineer at CMD Ltd, notable for designing the award-winning Porthole wireless charger series. Subsequently, Sam served as an Industrial Design Engineer in the New Product Development department at Pegler Yorkshire from June 2014 to February 2019, focusing on key product development projects utilizing innovative technologies, including IoT. Most recently, Sam served as a Design Engineer at Gripple Limited from January 2019 to April 2024 and briefly held the position of Design Engineering Manager at CMD Ltd in July 2025.
