Bill Fox has extensive experience in corporate finance and business development, having held various prominent roles in notable firms. Beginning as an Analyst at Lazard Freres & Co. from April 2005 to July 2010, Bill progressed to an Associate position at Paine & Partners before serving as a Corporate Development Associate at Level 3 Communications from April 2012 to December 2013. Following that, Bill took on multiple roles at Welch Packaging, including Interim Chief Financial Officer and Regional Business Partner from March 2019 to February 2020. Bill then served as Vice President and COO of the Restructuring Group at Lazard from May 2020 to March 2022. Currently, Bill is the Managing Director at CMD Global Partners, starting in April 2024.
