Jacob Jiya

Jacob Jiya possesses extensive experience in training, software development, and information technology within the microfinance sector. As a Senior Training Officer at the Centre for Microenterprise Development since October 2007, Jacob has facilitated various training programs, including those for microfinance practitioners and young entrepreneurs, while holding certifications in microfinance and risk management. Jacob currently works as the Chief Information Officer at CMD, coordinating IT and software implementation across multiple branches. Previous roles include Software Developer at Progenics Corp Limited and Mathematics Lecturer at Hallfield Academy. Jacob holds a Post Graduate Diploma and a B.Sc/B.Ed in Computer Science, as well as other relevant educational qualifications.
