Shelly Rice

Shelly Rice is an experienced media professional with a comprehensive background in media consulting and business ownership. Currently serving as Media Director Consultant at The Fiction Tribe ® since July 2016 and as a Media Contractor at CMD since October 2015, Shelly also operates SH Media, LLC / SR Media, LLC as a business owner since September 2006. Previous experience includes working as a Media Planner & Buyer at CMD from September 2004 to September 2006. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and Advertising from Portland State University, completed between 1998 and 2001, and attended the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 1996 to 1998.
