Rachel Gideon has a wide range of work experience, beginning with their current role as Client Relations Manager at Julep in 2021. Prior to this, they were a Client Relations Manager at CMDI from 2018-2021, a Senior Client Relations Representative from 2018-2021, and a Client Relations Representative from 2018-2021. In 2018, they were a Client Services Manager at ADVOS legal pllc, where they oversaw the client experience and managed the operating system for fellow employees. Rachel also participated in creating new processes for sales and marketing planning, execution, and review. From 2017-2018, Rachel was the Director of Osprey Productions at the University of North Florida, where they were responsible for managing two separate indices' budgets, event coordinators, office managers, and a marketing team. From 2016-2017, they were the Student Government Chief of Staff, managing Executive Staff and their individual projects and responsibilities. Additionally, they managed expansive and varied projects, such as information campaigns, construction and design renovations, and lobbying at the local and state levels. Rachel was also a Student Government Project Manager, managing both internal and external projects, such as creating partnerships with outside organizations, providing new services for students, contract and service negotiations, event planning, student engagement, and fundraising. In 2016, Rachel worked as an Assistant for High-Dollar Donor Management at Ron DeSantis for US Senate, where they worked with CMDI and i360 to build upon existing and recruit potential high-dollar donors. Rachel was also a Fellow at the National Republican Congressional Committee, where they assisted with data analysis, research, and presentation preparation, and engaged with high dollar donors and provided assistance for fundraising events.
Rachel Gideon has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Florida, where they studied Political Science, History, and Chinese from 2014 to 2018. Rachel is currently pursuing a Masters in Political Management at The George Washington University, which they began in 2021.
