Richard Karam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and efficiency consulting, currently serving as a Strategic Growth & Efficiency Consultant since August 2024. Previously, Richard held the position of General Manager at CME Solutions AB, a multinational technology consulting firm, where responsibilities included overseeing premium tailored solutions across various technology disciplines. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development & Sales at Wonet Sagl, where Richard focused on creating business opportunities for telecom operators, and a 19-year tenure at Ericsson, where Richard advanced through a variety of leadership roles, including Sales Director and Group Key Account Manager, driving sales and operational excellence across the Middle East and North Africa. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Stockholm University and a Bachelor's degree in European History from Uppsala University.
